Once your account is set up, follow these steps:
- Select the gray INSTALLATION button
- Choose Sign Post Installation
- Input the property address
- Select the post type, then you will see YOUR sign in the Sign Panel section, please select it OR select “I’ll hang my own sign” & choose any accessories you may want.
- Add a note
- Hit SUBMIT

Sign Post Rental Terms and Conditions
By placing on online order with us for Installation & Removal you agree to these terms.
Our Service: By Placing an Order for Installation with Sign Up Sign Services
You agree to contract Sign Up Sign Services for the purpose of sign installation & removal. Sign Up will provide the post which is the sole and separate property of Sign Up. The term of the agreement for each post called up is 6 months. Sign Up reserves the right to automatically bill the customer an additional installation fee after the initial 6 month term. Sign Up reserves the right to remove the post after the initial term at no additional charge to the customer.
Signs Stored In Our Warehouse
We are not responsible for signs stored at our warehouse. It is our discretion to discard signs that are faded, contain graffiti, or broken, without notice. If your account has been inactive for a period of 1 year or longer we will contact you by all available means to pick up your signs. If we can not contact you we will close your account and dispose of your signs. All accounts must be paid in full to terminate service and pick up signs.
Trip Charges
A trip charge of $20.00 or more based on location may added to your bill for orders that we attempted to complete but could not complete due to a wrong address, owner refusal , lack of a gate code, posts not accessible for pick up, etc if we can not install the sign due to circumstances out of our control.
Lost Post Charges:
Posts are the property of Sign-Up Sign Services and are rented from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the post returns in good working condition to our inventory at the end of the listing contract or sale of the property. We are not responsible for posts which have been removed by someone other than a Sign-Up representative. Should a post be lost or damaged there is a $55.00 plus tax post fee.
Vacant Land:
Vacant land must be physically marked & visible at the property. In addition, a well marked plat map with directions on how to locate the land must be included in order notes and ATTACHED TO THE ORDER . Without both of these items, and marking at the property we do not guarantee installation placement. Additional costs may be incurred if we have to move the sign. Verbal instructions given over the phone do not guarantee placement.
Riders & Brochure Boxes:
We are not responsible for riders or brochure boxes. Please remove all personal property from the sign prior to us removing the post.
